Вы можете найти libstc++.so.6.0.20, который содержит GLIBCXX_3.4.20и скомпилирован для glibc-2.17. Затем поместите его в /usr/lib64и перепривяжите к нему существующий libstdc++.so.6.

П.С. Зависимости по-прежнему не будут работать. Но по крайней мере Skype запустится после установки.

But in our build system, the SRPMS are built literally on the fly, from the commitid out of git. We do not use srpms directly, we build from the git repo.
