Какие команды в virsh соответствует кнопке “Force Off” в virt-менеджере?
encfs ~/tmp/test_encfs/.folder ~/tmp/test_encfs/folder
fusermount -u ~/tmp/test_encfs/folder
encfsctl passwd ~/tmp/test_encfs/.folder
И ~/tmp/test_encfs/.folder/.encfs6.xml все еще не шифруется. Вероятно, Вы делаете что-то не так.

virsh destroy , от man virsh
Immediately terminate the domain domain.
This doesn't give the domain OS any chance to react,
and it's the equivalent of ripping the power cord out on a physical machine.
