Ошибка аутентификации открытого ключа ssh

Я установил SSH-соединение между двумя серверами AIX. Но это не удалось, когда я попытался использовать ssh на стороне сервера, отправив пакет с открытым ключом и не вернув ответ. И клиентские, и серверные пользователи не имеют пароля, однако это не имеет значения для аутентификации с открытым ключом I user.
