have: command not found

У меня была аналогичная проблема. В моем случае старый VG все еще присутствовал.

Проверьте, не задана ли старая группа томов с помощью vgdisplay .

Удалите группу с помощью vgremove -f

Похоже, в вашем Linux отсутствует автозавершение bash.

У меня была такая же проблема после того, как я установил git завершение . Проблема решена путем комментирования этих строк в .bashrc:

. 
#Git completion script
#for file in /etc/bash_completion.d/* ; do 
#       source "$file"
#done

Итак, теперь все работает четко:

user@linux~>

и нет 

 have: command not found
 have: command not found
 have: command not found
 have: command not found
 have: command not found
 have: command not found
 have: command not found
 have: command not found
 have: command not found
 have: command not found
 have: command not found
 have: command not found
